1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

Webiam lets you build, edit, publish, and host websites, including AI-assisted page generation and optional custom domain connection. Features and usage limits depend on your subscription plan as described on our Pricing page. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a recurring subscription basis through our payment partner, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us and Razorpay to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method at each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with prior notice; changes apply from the next billing cycle.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and you retain access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, host, or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful;
• violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• distributes malware, phishing, spam, or fraudulent material;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Webiam and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webiam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
